  • This is one great example of the atmospheric effects between us and space. Shows how daytime effects, which are worse, can distort views wrt to the multitude of supposed fake plane claims.

  • great video. what web cam did you use?

  • how do you get it so clear?i've got HD web camera attached as an eyepiece and all i get is blurry and shaky picture.tell me,please:(

  • @polarpol Hi there! The focus knob should be adjusted to reach focus on the telescope there should be an adjustment knob.

  • there are a lot of structures on the moon. that should be common knowledge by now. i think its a mixture of ancient ruins and american and russian bases there. we're probably mining at this moment. lets not forget the reptilians, who've been running the joint we call 'Earth' since very early on. look up john lenard walson. you will see them.

  • @tehbible Oh yea I seen those videos by him pretty interesting!

  • nice vid, but scary

  • Small machine...

  • 300x??

  • @moliseracing0 I do not know the magnification but my estimate would say about 300x up to somewere in 500 to 600x. Usually the Celestron C8 telescope as well as most 8 inch telescopes Maximum Magnification is about 480x Visually. But when you use good cameras with scopes you can usually bypass that magnification. And go into the 500s to 600x But for that magnification you would need to have a good enough mount+telescope well cooled+ Great conditions to get the best views. Here I just got lucky.

  • You should try to get a picture of the USA flag on there, and post it on utube to shut up all those retarded conspiracy theorists xD

  • @halflifefan84 LOL XD haha if I could I would But I can't hehe I need like the largest telescope in the wold to do it. lol not even I would need like more than a football sized telescope to see it.

  • @Edsan91 Yeah, I guess :P

  • I can't believe all the people recording footage through their scopes to show us these sights yet they only use horrible cameras do so and here even, a webcam, Lol.

    Thanks for the upload anyway.

  • @stuntaneous Haha yea anyone does it. This was a really old video. Everyone starts from somewere. Take a look at my new HD videos. And you sound like if you're saying its crap lol it may be but hey It was fun recording it and cause of the very low res it was recorded at 320x240. It doesn't matter if you use webcams or not. The majority use webcams for planetary and moon video because its so cheap. 10 bucks spent on the webcam here and just some patience and time :) I think its a great video.

  • @stuntaneous $800+ dollars plus $60 spent on the HD cam To record my newer HD videos. Worth it? MEh I'd say it is. But just starting out webcams are fine. Unless your rich and got the money. With newer technology we are finally able to record in HD. But at the price point its expensive. And not much people will buy Expensive HD cameras because its a bit too much. With prices going down more and more astronomers will finally be able to record in FULL HD Almost like u would see with your own eye.

  • @stuntaneous And thank you for watching! I gladly make these videos for all to see this was my first "great" video. My mission is to in the future have an amazing observatory with some of the best cameras and telescopes I can afford. Then setup a robotic telescope platform so anyone in the world can enjoy and control the telescope themselves. This is just the beginning ;) It will only get better with time and money.

  • Nice video,dude....keep em comin!

  • great video my friend i had to favorite it :)

  • very nice my friend!!!!

  • @bosb33r Thanks!

  • Nice! How did you get such good images with your webcam? Did you have to buy a special adaptor?

  • @chriskeliris the funny thing is that i used no adapter I used tape :D but there are adapters out there! and idk it just looks good! its a cheap 10 dollar webcam that i used! that was bought from ebay.

  • Really? thats impressive. Did you have an eye piece in the telescope or just the webcam since i would love to be able to capture footage like this!

  • @chriskeliris yup! I was impressed as well! Nope I didnt use any eyepiece at all! ANY webcam will work! See the way it works is that the webcam as all webcams Have a CCD sensor inside! So any webcam will and should work. The thing to do is take the whole the lens of the webcam until you see a CCD sensor taking those lenses of the webcam makes the webcam like an eyepiece! So you place the webcam on your telescope and it will appear blurry at first so u need to focus it and it will appear clear!

  • @chriskeliris And I would love to see your footage man! :D I love the moon more now since I can see more detail on it! If you want, do you want me to create a video explaining how I did it? and whats really crazy is that the webcam is like 320x240 res! So its a real low res! Yet it captured amazing images! So if I had a better webcam It would look even better sometime in the future Ill get a better webcam!. But I myself am still impressed! Ill be doing more as soon as it clears! from clouds here

  • Oh man thats great, i would be highly grateful if you could create a video explaining how it was done! thanks!

  • @chriskeliris Ok! Ill do it right now! Im not gonna speak though :) Im going to add words! My english isn't that good! lol The video will be up soon! And I will be happy to make the video since alot of people are wondering how these moon and planet webcam videos are made! It will finally be easy to understand! And everyone who wants to record with their webcam will be able to! Also it works great for planets! Im off to make the video then! :)

  • @chriskeliris Im done making it! Now it needs some editing and uploading! And while making the video Ive found out that if I used an eyepiece with the webcam the magnification decreases! and if I used a bar-low lens the magnification increased! Ill post it soon! And thanks for watching this video!

  • Great! i'll have to keep an eye on my subscriptions so that i can see when its been uploaded.

  • Im done video editing the video! :) Only one more thing I need, a song to go with it! Any suggestions? Because I don't know whats a good tutorial song. Unless you want it all silent? lol

  • hmm i don't really know what song you could put in it, maybe something gentle as background music. But i don't really mind if you choose to upload it silent lol

  • I am finally done editing and adding the songs. I will render it and upload it right now! Hope you enjoy the video and Im sorry I took long. I chose techno songs :)

  • @Edsan91 imagine what it would look like with a good camera

  • @marauda777 I know man! Someday I will get an HD webcam and film the moon again! I can't wait to do it!

  • @Edsan91 I suggest getting a HD SLC digital camera with a adapter that fits into the eyepiece to get the best results if You're into astrophotography

  • @AlongTheHorizonLine Thanks for the suggestion! I will look at it!

  • :O Man this looks so cool!!! and great detail! :D

  • WOW ! Looks cool, 5/5 !

  • @xXMarco14Xx Thanks man! :) Ill do more soon! Including the planets Saturn,Mars, Jupiter, Venus, And mercury! More vids to come soon!
