  • Hi! Wonderful birds! It seems that you do NOT clip their wings! That's great! Thank you!

    Green greetings from Germany :-)

Monika and four crazy Linnie boys

  • lmao aww the one on the left was actually enjoying your whistling at the end. :D

  • @cmac183 I have a 4 month old fiery shouldered conure that has started biting for the past few weeks. he has drawn blood on several occasions but apart from the biting is so sweet and loving. Can you advise on how you got yours to stop biting or at least tell me what to look up to get the information.

    many thanks.

  • too freaking cute!!!

  • I am looking for a red factored sun conure can you please tell me where I can find one? Thank you.

  • I am looking for a red factor sun conure can you tell me where I can get one please thank you

  • My sun conure was screaming, but after that...he shut up LOL

  • I have a question, my sun conure Ive had for a month & a half has developed a behavior I am concerned about. I noticed one of your doing the same thing in this video (a wing tick/spasm, if you will) however yours only did it once (that I saw) but the video is only 25 seconds. My sun does this habitually throughout the day. I showed my vet a YT vid, & she is concerned its seizure activity. Have u ever found out/looked into this about yours? The breeder told me its contentment. Thanks!

  • @zegersious Great question! If u look at my video when Sunkiss is 8 weeks old u can see her do the unusual wing twitch 2 or 3 times and it is perfectly normal. Its more common for young sun conures to do this behavior because it tells the mommy or daddy conure 'Im here - feed me or love me''. Its a very natural thing for your conure to do. Mine r 4 & 5yrs old and they still occasionally do this action. Its just a baby response and it helps the parent birds in the wild easily notice their chicks

  • I have a regular sun. They can be noisy yes, but they are funny, and affectionate also. The red factor sun conures are so beautiful I would like to know more about them.

  • LOL, That's funny when he starts moving his head like that.

    Awesome colors!

  • hhaha look how curious they are watching around!

  • aww so cute

  • is fucking cute.!

  • thanks for the info! i dont mind too much noise but we do rent out are basment so i cant have a really loud bird making noises all the time specialy if im out at work ect. ive looked over most birds and suns are my for sure fav but i may have to wait and get somthing more quite like a quaker , i would hate having to give up a bird becuase it was too noisy!

  • i hear they can be noisy?? i really want one but i had a budgy once and it hated me and always made noise at 6 in the morning everyday, drove m insane lol.

also was that the zelda theme lol

  • @cmac183 They can be very noisy! So if your bird is going to live inside with you, I'm sure it will grow your patience lol. I used to sleep in a lot and work in the evenings, and my birds would sleep n too, until 9 or 10am - whatever time I got up. My female was a little quieter alone b4 I got my male, but they don't make a peep at night if we don't disturb them. Both of my suns are sweeties! Sunkiss did have a chewy stage around 10 weeks old, a friend showed me how to train her not to bite.

  • @cmac183 no i think its AmazingGrace

  • @cmac183 they are really noisy i have two of them but they love getting attention, and you can train them to be quiet lkike with my birds, when the light goes off there quiet

  • @cmac183 they sound like a chimpanzee

  • @cmac183

Wow! These birds are VERY noisy. All birds scream in the morning and in the afternoon. I had one but he decided to make crow noise intead of his actual scream lol. So it wasn't annoying after all. A good way from stopping bird from screaming is to let them hear other birds and let him imitate it!

  • @cmac183 It Was Amazing Grace.

  • @cmac183 no.it's amazing grace,( song), if you don't like noise, please dont buy any member of the parrot family, & especially the cockatoo, you;ll have neighbours shooting at your windows, if you haven't already shot yourself..trust me.
