Subaru Impreza, with low ground clearance. Of course it can get stuck. Any 4wd car can get stick when the snow is high enough.
Those who don't know what Subaru means by Symmetrical AWD. It means that each Drive axle is of equal length which is good to avoid torque steer. And the AWD speaks for it self, All Wheel Drive. :)
Noone can say anything genuinely bad about the quality of Subaru cars. One can only prefer other cars based on the looks and preferance of a certain brand over an other.
@Nemorzuz Well said, I have had no issues as of yet in My Impreza, I have elected not to go down one road after a snowstorm because the drifts were deep enough to push the car up on top instead of plowing through.
Its fuuny how people with subarus think they awd is better then audi let me tell you my 06 a8 never ever get stuck and we got a foot of snow where I am at and I see this little car is stuck so you can say your awd is better but theres no videos of newer audis stuck
@bigdi77 hahaha good luck. we ge upwards of 24 inches sometimes, i seen so many cars trucks and suvs stuck. I do snow removal in the winter, been through 5-6 foot snow drifts easy. never been stuck. its all in the tires - directional studded snows. i drive a 1999 sub leg outback, and i would love to show you what a lot of snow is.

not really subaru awd is a hell of alot better then vw bmw mercedes audi ... performance wise where its tarmac, gravel or light snow ... but no sports sedan is made to dig themselves out of snow
IDIOT. Its not Symmetrical AWD. This car has low ground clearance. Also the type of tires on the car makes a big difference. Subarus are nice snow/ICE cars, but they are not made as a snowcat.
@sweetlikeADAM Symmetrical front and back. But not left and right unless the rear has a LSD. Even then not all have rear LSD, thus not completely symmetrical. Just my thought. I love subies, nice snow cars. But its not a snowcat.
Give the subbie some credit! it did way better than the cutlass! and it has relatively the same ground clearence. thats why i drive an outback. the little extra ground clearence comes in handy during times like that.

It doesn't even look like an Outback...
I guess American Outbacks are different, I dunno...
I've never seen an Outback this stuck in my life.

@vovka2007 Subarus are well known for their symmetrical drivetrain. What are you talking about?

Shit himself. All wheel grip simultaneously - what problem? You like Quatro (Audi) fan ...
watch?v=FPLCXATgbZo (1:06 Allroad - ONLY Front wheel grip)
Ithink, less then 10% percent car models can brags all wheel grip togetherm including UAZ, Niva :-)
