0.22 on the deleted scene story boards of Red Alerts death that scene is on it which 100 percent confirms Red Alert was killed in this movie and Sideswipe was involved with that scene so it was 100 percent not him lying on his back at the Windcharger/wheeljack scene. I remember I was in the same situation as Prime back on 4th grade. A bully punched me down knocking the breath out of me on the playground. He said if I give up and I simply said, "NEVER!" and with both arms and hit him in the chest as hard as I could. To make it even better he fell back into a nearby tree badly smacking the back of his head. I never said I was sorry and the injustifiable detention was worth it.
It's funny how it was vital for Astrotrain to get rid of Megatron and the other damaged Decepticons, but Devastator and Soundwaves tapes duking it out and shaking the entire ship? That was just fine. I haven't watched this movie in years, and it never occurred to me how sad it was for Megatron to be thrown out like ballast. Of course Optimus' death trumps all.

i don´t know if the transformers recalibrated their pistolas for this movie or what... but you have robots dying left and right from laser blasts they shook off without a scratch in the cartoon series.
I think its something abominus has more destructive power but is slow, menosor has more defence on account of the personal force feild generator they have built into them, predaking is the fastest as all five if the members are predators and agree that the hunt is the most important thing while bruticus has more fire power. But at this timeline abominus hasnt been introduced yet, so it is kinda true. Not 100 percent sure about this though ^_^
@drillpill You're probably right , I've never really checked decepticon stats. I do remember in the show that you barely saw devastator after the other decepticon combiners were introduced. One question I've always asked is where was Omega Supreme, Defensor, and Superion? They were around at this time. My best guess is the moon bases.

The actual reason is that the movie had started production before series 2, and there was no real way to shoehorn the remaining combiner teams in by the time they turned up.

@luciferx10 Generally...if you take off mass from a vehicle, it's going to be lighter, meaning less weight, less weight means more inertia and less energy that it requires to move and with that level of technology, that means pretty fucking fast.
Don't you know about physics?

@unionofonion Um.. sounding kinda rude. But debating is good. In space there is not weight, weight is based upon gravity correct. You would be correct if that was earth. But I'm not going to insult you. This is space. There's no friction in space or very very little, possible gravitational pulls from other celestial bodies, but once an object is in motion, it should relatively continue at that speed. You would be right if that earth.

0.22 on the deleted scene story boards of Red Alerts death that scene is on it which 100 percent confirms Red Alert was killed in this movie and Sideswipe was involved with that scene so it was 100 percent not him lying on his back at the Windcharger/wheeljack scene. And at 0.37 you can see the huge internal hole that Devestator made going into that deleted scene

I remember I was in the same situation as Prime back on 4th grade. A bully punched me down knocking the breath out of me on the playground. He said if I give up and I simply said, "NEVER!" and with both arms and hit him in the chest as hard as I could. To make it even better he fell back into a nearby tree badly smacking the back of his head. I never said I was sorry and the injustifiable detention was worth it.

It's funny how it was vital for Astrotrain to get rid of Megatron and the other damaged Decepticons, but Devastator and Soundwaves tapes duking it out and shaking the entire ship? That was just fine. I haven't watched this movie in years, and it never occurred to me how sad it was for Megatron to be thrown out like ballast. Of course Optimus' death trumps all.

I think its something abominus has more destructive power but is slow, menosor has more defence on account of the personal force feild generator they have built into them, predaking is the fastest as all five if the members are predators and agree that the hunt is the most important thing while bruticus has more fire power. But at this timeline abominus hasnt been introduced yet, so it is kinda true. Not 100 percent sure about this though ^_^

@drillpill You're probably right , I've never really checked decepticon stats. I do remember in the show that you barely saw devastator after the other decepticon combiners were introduced. One question I've always asked is where was Omega Supreme, Defensor, and Superion? They were around at this time. My best guess is the moon bases.

@RoninOmega7 The Marvel Comics adaptation of the movie had Omega Supreme, Defensor and Superion defending the Ark from a simultanious attack by Menasor and Bruticus.
The actual reason is that the movie had started production before series 2, and there was no real way to shoehorn the remaining combiner teams in by the time they turned up.

@drillpill Yeah, Computron was slow to do anything because he had to crunch the numbers. Superion never really showed a weakness in the cartoons. Bio says his personality was limited so as to be a compromise with his components.
