This has happened to me. Your disc is messed up. If you go down into the boiler room and try to take the elevator you just fall down the shaft and stand at the bottom. You cannot move, it's totally glitched.
@SouthParkFanv2 Really now. At least i'm not the only one who has had this happen to. I should check it out. I bet my disc might have a scratch on the right wrong spot.

Huh, that never happened to me. Except playing MGS1 on PS2 with the Disc Speed on Fast and textures start having this flickering blue.
