Very enlightening. We don't really get a chance to see real "Brazilians", the ice cream lady was profound, really good insight. In all the Brazilian movies I've seen, everyone is a prostitute, transvestite, or drug lord. The kids run around barefoot and dirty and live in slums. I know this is not true, it's just in movies, but that is the first thing that comes to mind, not educated, intelligent people like these that are featured in this documentary. I don't watch TV anymore! I read!

Só uma crítica (espero que construtiva): não gostei muito do sentimentalismo que vocês colocaram no final. Eu sei que é muito válido o que ela disse, tocante mesmo, mas acho que destoou com o resto do filme.
Wow the end is pretty powerful especially if you were born in a country where there is poverty and then you are in the USA where food is wasted. At least for me, in a way I can feel their anger. Sad but true.
