found the same way. always feel cheap when searching music from tv shows or films, but the sopranos is one that's well worth chasing up on. often leads to something interesting, rather than the chart trash and popster b-sides floating around as the soundtracks in most stuff.

@imdbgeek well, the sopranos'es housemaid and her husband Staś speak polish, but their accent is deffinitely not any near polish, I presume they're Ukrainians or Russians...or another option: they have lived in US for years so their polish has slightly changed but this option is the least probable one.

@bocphet The Sopranos is very very very good, and the only thing that would identify the characters as typical mafia movie stereotypes are the accents, they're written as real characters, in fact the sopranos de-glamorised the violence which had been portrayed so romantically in movies, it made the gangsters seem like pricks instead of just cool guys with guns

it deserves the hype it's got, it's a damn intelligent series
