this happend to me too. i was on first jimmy mission, at that warehouse, and i shoot one grenade with grenade launcher, and a car explode next to this car. and i take this car and it was a half car :)) but still working. sorry for bad english.

yeah rpg. but in gta 4, rpg throws grenade. 5000$ at shop 1 grenade. ;). play the game first, then talk.

gta iv is crazy. one time i was coming off of one of the algonquin bridges and i saw an accident. one of the cars had its front wheel bent in. i tried to steal it but it didnt drive very well. (even if u dont do anything the game still runs like a real city environment. random shoot-outs, car accidents, and the explosions and damage are amazing.
