One of my favourite lines from Makarov in MW2 is "S Nami Bog" which means God is With Us. Showing he is possibly a Muslim or part of the Russian orthodox. If I remember right, he has the St. Basil church tattooed on his chest, possibly to represent his prison sentence. This was often done in gulags.
CoD3 was the first CoD I played. It was pretty good. Black Ops has a good storyline. MW2 had a good engine/optimized engine and had Spec Ops but had n00b multiplayer. CoD2 was also very good. WaW was something different, it had the dark emotions of war, not the "RAMIREZ! FUCK ME!" CoD1 was sitting in a old 1930s car, with a Springfield rifle, no-scoping German's heads off. CoD4 was the introduction of a new Quake engine. Zombies blows, it gets boring as shit.

COD1 was the best, it was original. COD2 was wonderful! COD3 alright. COD4 was refreshing. WAW the first darkest story in the COD franchise not just some WW2 game. MW2 bullshit. BLOPS best story in the COD franchise, and it was the first game to be based on the Cold War.

The only World War II game I think is better is Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, for me, that is what started it all and there are probably other old time Call of Duty fans who also agree.
I completely agree, except for the bit on MW2, which I really like. I think if it had been everything we'd expected, it would have been the game that took us all to the Promised Land, and that's why it took so much shit: MW2 was just superb, it wasn't perfect.

The biggest problem is data. It's hard to make a realistic game when a large portion of the data on a war is classified. Therefore- try a new direction.

CoD 4 > CoD 5 > MW2 > Black Ops. Now if you say Black Ops is awesome I disagree. I could list A LOT of flaws which makes it worse than MW2. But CoD 5 and CoD 4 will ALWAYS be the best. Nothing can beat them. If you dare say Black Ops is better than them, I will burn you alive.
@RixPixable I wouldn't say Black Ops is awesome, but as far as Treyarch games go its pretty good. I'm glad to see they put some proper effort in on the story mode, and the multiplayer seems fairly balanced. Nothing will ever be better than CoD4 though.
@Dragos276 Well, there are extreme lag issues on the PC and PS3 version of the game. They didn't help with tactical knifes and throwing knifes since there were the tomahawks and the ballistic knifes. Sometimes, guns are 2 hit kill, other times guns are like 6 hit kill. And besides I got over this stuff. Black ops is a lot better than MW2.
@E1CAZADOR its defintely not COD 5, Treyarch made that load of bullocks called WAW and then the main developers at infinity ward were bought out and fired by activision so MW2 wasnt even worked on by the same development team as COD: MW thats why its so similiar to WAW. Now Black Ops is Treyarch and Activision again. The original development team from MW is said to be working on a new title but I have no idea if it's going to be COD related. I bet not

If they ever make a Modern Warfare 3, they need to stick with these graphic, same killstreaks, and same weapons and perks. COD4 was perfect just the way it was.
Explosive tipped arrows are real, as are remote control cars that can detonate themselves. Quickscoping and heartbeat sensors are of course, duh, not real, but they add to the fun of the game.
@xelapat Actually the heart beat is real. It detects heart beat pulses in a short limited range. Quick scoping definately not real. but then again, there is nothing realistic in call of duty like in real life
@Midnight1711 heartbeat sensor doesnt exist, sorry, or at least in no way would it be useful in live combat, too much sound happening around for it to pick up actual hearbeats.

@imthedude6789 cod4 has accuracy in guns that lets people spray but still be accurate. the perks like martyrdom stopping power and juggernaut ruin the balance. the gameplay itself gets highly repetitive and tedious with barely any "community interaction" if you understand what i mean... teamwork is nonexistent outside of search and destroy. people noscope and quickscope (stupid). cod4 has a good deal of campers..notasmuchas mw2, but they are still an annoying bunch.
@muxmedia7 Doesn't Cod2 have those same problems? Besides the perks,quickscoping(which was fixed in BO just so you know), and accuracy problems(but didn't people like to spray guns in COD2 too?). You can still noscope in Cod2. You can noscope in any game that has sniper rifles.

COD1 was the best, it was original. COD2 was wonderful! COD3 alright. COD4 was refreshing. WAW the first darkest story in the COD franchise not just some WW2 game. MW2 bullshit. BLOPS best story in the COD franchise, and it was the first game to be based on the Cold War.

And IW was doing the same, they just made things a little TO RICH in their gaming for COD in 2009, and forgot about intensity,Modern Warfare2which ruined COD4 as a good sequel. Desert Storm?- Possible, but we really don't know a lot about it.
The biggest problem is data. It's hard to make a realistic game when a large portion of the data on a war is classified. Therefore- try a new direction.

@RixPixable I wouldn't say Black Ops is awesome, but as far as Treyarch games go its pretty good. I'm glad to see they put some proper effort in on the story mode, and the multiplayer seems fairly balanced. Nothing will ever be better than CoD4 though.

@Dragos276 Well, there are extreme lag issues on the PC and PS3 version of the game. They didn't help with tactical knifes and throwing knifes since there were the tomahawks and the ballistic knifes. Sometimes, guns are 2 hit kill, other times guns are like 6 hit kill. And besides I got over this stuff. Black ops is a lot better than MW2.

@E1CAZADOR its defintely not COD 5, Treyarch made that load of bullocks called WAW and then the main developers at infinity ward were bought out and fired by activision so MW2 wasnt even worked on by the same development team as COD: MW thats why its so similiar to WAW. Now Black Ops is Treyarch and Activision again. The original development team from MW is said to be working on a new title but I have no idea if it's going to be COD related. I bet not

Explosive tipped arrows are real, as are remote control cars that can detonate themselves. Quickscoping and heartbeat sensors are of course, duh, not real, but they add to the fun of the game.

@imthedude6789 cod4 has accuracy in guns that lets people spray but still be accurate. the perks like martyrdom stopping power and juggernaut ruin the balance. the gameplay itself gets highly repetitive and tedious with barely any "community interaction" if you understand what i mean... teamwork is nonexistent outside of search and destroy. people noscope and quickscope (stupid). cod4 has a good deal of campers..notasmuchas mw2, but they are still an annoying bunch.
