Hey guys, Ive watched most of your videos and every new video over the past 8 months. I dont recall ever hearing about there being any fruit in your diet. Is there a reason for that? I also want to know if the sugar in fruits spike your insulen. Ive been following your advice and made some great strenght and muscle gains, and I also like to eat 2 or so servings of fruit a day so if you could make a video on this it would be great. Thank you

Same here with the ecto-endo thing. At 5'7 I was only 135lbs up until I was 17, then 270lbs in my early 20's, down to 165 in my mid 20's, now I'm 215-220. I can lose or put on fat very fast.

Other than food, I sometimes use raw hemp protein powder (imported from Canada). It has a lot of fiber, and feels less "dead" to me than other processed proteins.

Great advices guys!! But everyone processes different proteins..i use them cause i burn calories too fast and can't gain muscle or bulk up, i just loose weight! So i used from Cytosport Monster pump great for energy, and monster mass, great for gaining a few pounds. I used allso From Cell Tech Hardcore Pro (Creatine) And wasnt that pleased with the results. But in 7 months i am preatty ok with what i have gained, didnt built mass i just defined my muscles and a little growth!

@wwwleo1 Make sure you get the right amount of calories and the right amount of protein for your weight; 1g of protein per pound of body weight. Next get a good amount of rest AND sleep as when you're resting and sleeping is when the body repairs and builds muscle. Lastly make sure doing the right shit in the gym. Not resting half the time and doing isolation movements!

The chicken you eat is nothing close to what a natural chicken should be like. It is fed antibiotics, it's genetically altered, it is a complete mutant. If protein powder is a bad source of protein, so are your mcdonald's chicken nuggets.

@fazellashkari just eat a lot more calories and start lifting heavier. By getting stronger you will build more muscle. Don't just eat a bunch of dirty calories. Eat more lean meats, good complex carbs, and good fats. Eat right, sleep right, and train right, and u will see results. Diet and hard work will build muscle. U can get on the juice but u won't get stronger unless u workout. At the end of the day "U CAN DO WHATEVER THE FUCK U WANNA DO!"

i'm only 6 feet even, my arms are only 16 inches, i don't have a wide lat spread, not to mention.. i don't shoulder press, bench press, do pull ups, rows, bicep curl, or anything of that nature. idk how big your glutes and hammies are, but your quads look bigger than mine too. i got a pretty low body fat % and 6 pack and you guys look about 3x as muscular as me, but how on fucking earth are you guys only around 210 pounds and i average around 225 pounds? shit doesn't make sense.

my final review of these pre work out supplements : garbage of monumental proportion pump is not sustainable ,I think it does more damage than good . I get more sustainable pumps with nothing at all except good carbs caffeine and sweet potatoes rule cheap and work well

I know you guys have hit a plateau but u want to bulk and get bigger now, which sucks. I think that you have gotten too stuck on the idea of a 3-4 day split of push pull leg. you need to switch it up and do a powerlifting style 5x5 or 3x5 routine on a m-w-f schedule or something. It will help you use a new rep range and put on a lot of strength fast, and you will realize when you go back to 8-12 rep sets you can lift a hell of a lot more weight, and you know what that means....muscle.
I seen that article too but protein shakes had trace amounts of cancer causing material there is more in fish and plants and even that amount is harmless

Of course a ectomorph ages, and his metabolism slows down, but those two can build muscle quite easy. Plus, their bone structure is quite good. Yeah their wrists are small, and their waists too, but definitely they are a blend of an ecto-mesomorph. Just look at their physique. Brad pitt is a true ectomorph.Compare.

You have to consider how much older they are now. Theres alot that goes into it. I still beleive they are pure ectomorph though.

i'm only 6 feet even, my arms are only 16 inches, i don't have a wide lat spread, not to mention.. i don't shoulder press, bench press, do pull ups, rows, bicep curl, or anything of that nature. idk how big your glutes and hammies are, but your quads look bigger than mine too. i got a pretty low body fat % and 6 pack and you guys look about 3x as muscular as me, but how on fucking earth are you guys only around 210 pounds and i average around 225 pounds? shit doesn't make sense.

my final review of these pre work out supplements : garbage of monumental proportion pump is not sustainable ,I think it does more damage than good . I get more sustainable pumps with nothing at all except good carbs caffeine and sweet potatoes rule cheap and work well

I know you guys have hit a plateau but u want to bulk and get bigger now, which sucks. I think that you have gotten too stuck on the idea of a 3-4 day split of push pull leg. you need to switch it up and do a powerlifting style 5x5 or 3x5 routine on a m-w-f schedule or something. It will help you use a new rep range and put on a lot of strength fast, and you will realize when you go back to 8-12 rep sets you can lift a hell of a lot more weight, and you know what that means....muscle.

My dad has a gut and bitch tits but when he was 17 (I have a basketball picture of him) he was skin and bones with some slight muscle. and Mesomorphs being 6'2"-6'3" is pretty rare +Watch their dip videos or pull up videos, They have small probably 7"-9" wrists. compared to their arms the bones are small

Of course a ectomorph ages, and his metabolism slows down, but those two can build muscle quite easy. Plus, their bone structure is quite good. Yeah their wrists are small, and their waists too, but definitely they are a blend of an ecto-mesomorph. Just look at their physique. Brad pitt is a true ectomorph.Compare.

You have to consider how much older they are now. Theres alot that goes into it. I still beleive they are pure ectomorph though.
