Maybe I should put in the disclaimer that I worked for Him 27 years ago. He might have changed.But he was the worst to work for in history back then.He would destroy the Manager in front of the staff. I think thats what infuriates me the most. If they would have showed how hard he worked ,and showing child hood home etc.,I could live with it. But to make Him look like Mother Theresa for His workers?? I guarantee He hasn't changed that much.No one can. Go Visa !

My husband works for Sam at Sammy's Fishbox. We are the family on the commercial. He sent us on a cruise last year as seen on the commercial. He just recently sent us on a trip for seven days to the Grand Caymen..... Sam thank you so much for a awesome wonderful warm vacation.We learned how to snorkel in a lagoon at the Turtle Farm. We had the chance to swim with stingrays and swim in a reef. Thank you again for this vacation.....from the gillys

This is a great commerial. I have been a customer for over 20 years..Sammy really cares about his customers..Its kind of a home away when we eat there...great choicve American Express.

I was so happy to see this spot, working for Sammy put me through college and law school. He was wonderful to work for and extremely generous to all of his employees.

"If my employees are happy, my customers are happy." Sam Chernin. Thats how every workplace should be. Employees should come first. Many workplaces failed to do this, because they are too strict an care less about their employees and customers. All they care about is more money and bonus. If the Employees are happy they will mostly likely stay at the job for years(Just like what Sam said about many of his employees staying there for 20 years) and they will give great customer service.
