I tried this at Gamestop... I was going to buy Lost Odyssey for $60 (at the time) with quarters, but they refused me service.. What the hell.. Money is Money, damnit! And I wasn't trying to be a douche, I just didn't have paper bills a the time.. Only the quarters. So I went elsewhere and bought the game.
