Ironic that the deer are reproducing in a place where humans are dead and decomposing. It reminds me of the Vicksberg Civil War Battle Field. 17 miles of graves and the artillery that put them there. Now birds make their nests and hatch in those instruments of death. Flowers are growing out of cannon and artillery that once made human blood flow. Where are the Generals now who directed and planned mass murder. I can imagine the demons dancing around the fallen, mocking them and the Creator.
