We were in the Royal Holliday Palace the first 10 days of june. The Hotel is great and for 99% finished/ready but lacks startup problems. The housekeeping is terrible. The internet connection is horrible and some times not there.
We had a good vacation but expected more from this hotel. We prefer the other hotels of this chain, Royal Wings and Royal Dragon. These hotels are a bit smaller in size but far better in service and fascilities.
