I never said before that women singing at the drum was wrong...to many other tribes other than Dakota its a normal thing. The reason why Dakota women never sing at the drum is because the drum represents female and the drum sticks the male penis. Its up to the man to handle the male part...lol...kinda funny...but anyways when the drum stick hits the drum LIFE is created. THey say everytime the drum is sounded a life is born into the world..animal, dog, woodtick, tree...all that good stuff
