Michael, you make your Daddy proud. Killer song. Love it, especially the tag line: "Everything's come back to me . . . Everything, but you." Acoustic guitar, strings added, & harmony on chorus & this is a chart topper! Did you ever put this to plastic in Nashville? Man, I have GOT to buy this one! Where can I get your CD?
This is totally awesome!!! Very nice, excellent song and awesome voice! It's cool to find relatives of internationally known performers on here just doing what comes natural.
I would love to Have your autograph added to may many many stars of country and rock and roll wish i knew where to send it for you n maybe have you autograph your dads 45 as well sincerely william in massachusetts
Very nice. This song evokes so much emotion. I'm happy you came to Nashville to record it. Hope the stars of NashVegas shine on you. Every now and then I catch a glimpse of your Dad in your voice. I guess I don't have to tell you he was one of my favorites growing up.
like your channel and your beautiful song..can see where you get your talent..my dad go me jimmie rodgers records when i was young..eventually got all of them..loved,loved his voice and music..even the ones he wrote..do you know when and/or where he wrote"got a lot of tunes in my guitar" and "mighty big ways" with love from a long time fan alita
Your dad did that song too? Used to sing that too my daughter... isn't that part of "the line broke the monkey choked" Or do I have my songs mixed up. lol
Was thinking about the songs this am... yup, 2 different songs lol... one from the movie with Julie Andrews nick knack... the other hmmm don't remember. Just a trivia thing but joggles the memory.
BTW that idea about a duet might be interesting. Perhaps you could do a voice over on one of his songs. You probably have the equipment... if not you could probably use audacity which is good and freeware.
A chip of the old block! Nice soulful voice. I am trying to upload Cool Water having finally found Jimmie Rogers "Twilight on the Trail" LP but I'm having trouble - I've never uploaded before and it keeps failing so I must look into it. We have spoken before when I asked about your father. I enjoyed your performance thanks, keep singing it's good.
