@Yuki1677 Uh... Dancing Mad from Final Fantasy VI? Totally kick ass. This, yes is good, but people ruin it by making it out to be the "best". While I admit, Sephiroth's omnipresence and undying self is an amazing feel, he is over hyped. He has human connection and desire that can be stopped. Kefka? No desire but to kill for no reason. No moral weakness or anything he's fighting for unlike Sephiroth. Much more badass when it's a total killing machine! And a great song to go with him.

I must say, I love this game to death, but the fanatics ruin it for me.

Not to mention, this FF game inspired numerous cliche's in the video game franchise that I hate.

This game was fun, had a decent storyline, and had one of the best soundtracks at the time...

Till FFX came out that is. But it was revolutionary to the RPG era at the time.

The only thing that ruins it are the fanboys claiming it's "The best game ever".

Seriously, that crap is why most people look down on this FF game.

- Seymour (FFX as well). He is literally someone who wants to end all human life, not to meet his own satisfaction, but because he believes it will "Save" every, and wants to kill and become Sin to do so. Far better than Sephiroth.

- Ex-Death for obvious reasons.

- Kefka. Hmmm, More obvious reasons. IN FACT, he IS the best villain. He DESTROYED the world halfway through the game, so he IS.

I've been playing FFX for a good 11 years now, and I only RECENTLY began acknowledging the fact that he's a great villain. Prior to that, I thought of him the same way you did.

The hair, his mentality, it all struck me as a nuisance.

However, it took me awhile to realize hes the most original villain I've seen in ages.

Hes like Anti-Buddha. He wants to "Save the World" by becoming Sin and destroying the world itself. I didn't think of that till recently

So better VILLAIN, I guess not, but over-all character, I would definatley say he is by far more interesting, developed, and likable.

Sephiroth is nothing but a face and a sword... And a puppet.

These things, a great character, do not make.

Jecht however, has a story to tell.

Sephiroth is a man who is legendary with his swordsmanship and is supposedly the main villain in FF7. However, compared to Jenova, he is really nothing. Jenova was the puppet master throughout the whole game, and made EVERYTHING so.

Sephiroth is really not even worth it.

Meanwhile, Jecht killed a behemoth monster responsible for countless deaths and the destruction of entire areas, all while not being able to do anything about it... (Read more in other Com.)
