  • Where can I buy one of these?

  • fricken awesome dude

  • talk about a plastic guitar:) cool though. i guess if lego guitars are your thing this this would be an awesome guitar.

  • @philipalexharden I see this as way more badass than the mass produced "good" instruments. Sounds very good for being made out of plastic.

  • I want a Les Paul today. I'll make it a Strat tomorrow. Then an Iceman the next day.

  • if it wasnt glued the tension from the strings would rip the legos apart they can't withstand that much force.

  • Sooo... What kind pickups go good with, ermmm... Lego?

  • its official.....this guy is pue awesome sauce!

  • cooool!

  • awesome.

  • i want one, legos ang gutars what more coul u want

  • a cross between a strat body and a tele body! :)

  • wat cool

  • wooooooooooooooooooooooooooow!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hi, I am sure they can be done cheaper, but each of these pieces cost around 1k to build. The necks used are by Carvin and cost around 3-350 each. The way these are built is with many flat Lego blocks to help with strength.

Good luck with your build and please check back if you complete one.

  • hey man, this is simply amazing, I'm considering doing this. Can you tell me about how they cost to do on average? Thanks!

  • Really brings out the vibrant sound created by the best quality lego.

  • The one guitar you can put back together after smashing it on stage

  • This is my dream.

  • nice give me for £2000000000

  • awesome

  • woooow i want this guitar

  • @MrNoobPL This one has sold but there is another available.

  • I WANNIT!

  • And then you drop it

  • this is awesome!

from now on, im bitchslapping anyone with this video who keeps being elitist about guitar woods

  • Woah............ This guy is good with legos and guitar! Perfect!!

  • how can that hold that much tension

  • HOW THE HELL!

  • That's the most amazing thing I've eves seen made out of Legos :)

  • a old dude what plays with lego ?!?!?

  • drop that thing and its no more

  • My uncle made that for you man hopefully he will make me one too.

  • how awesome would it be to smash that guitar onstage?

  • Ok, fck my cookie shaped guitar ideo, ima make one of these

  • Lego guitars 'bullshit'!?!

The guy who said that can go screw himself

  • I would like to see you smashing it!

  • ok thanks

  • H.A.M.M.E.R.!!!

  • how did you make that guitar

  • @scott2658656 Over 1500 Lego blocks and a Carvin neck. Can't really explain the details. The process has been refined over nine years of building Lego guitars.

  • Talk about solid body lol

  • Like to hear someone that can really play. Like Jeff Beck on one of those guitars

  • amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • OMFG THAT IS AWESOME!!!

  • smashing guitars wouldnt be any easier =]

  • what if you drop it!!?????

  • @Schizophrenia222 im guessing it would explode

  • @theofficerocks89 Maybe with some C4. It is fully glued and not likely to break. I have swung it by the horn with no worry what so ever.

  • @oldsoundz fully glued eh? then it's not that cool :D still cool enough.

  • Simply Amazing !!!!!

  • wow!!!!!!!!!

  • i want to make one now! haha

  • u should make a frankenstrat version

  • wow thats pretty sweet

  • wouldnt the tension from the strings rip the LEGOs apart?

  • The Lego blocks are glued. Also, they have a neck that runs through the body. 11 have been built in 8 years. Even the first build which is a bolt on neck is still being played. The builder has designed and built many guitars. Many of them in wood as well...

  • sweet!

  • Nice Lego guitar!!!

  • This would be the perfect material to make copies of those airline guitars with.

  • does the man who makes these have a shop he makes these and his other custom guitars in? i dont have any money to buy this one off ebay now, and ive been talkin to a chris through email about it. im tryin to sell my behringer bx1200 bass amp so i can buy it but no ones biting :(... i would love to just come watch him make these INSANE guitars, and i think an explorer type lego guitar would be DOPE!

  • Oh hell yes. I would pay an arm and a leg for a lego RRV lol.

  • Excuse my ignorance. RRV? Could you elaborate.

  • RRV is an abreviation for Randy Rhoads V, also commonly know as an offset V. If you've ever seen a Jackson King V, it's pretty much the same thing only one, "wing", if you would call it that, is shorter than the other.

  • Cool. Yes, I know those guitars. Am a Long time Ozzy fan. Did not make the RRV connection. Thanks for the 411. I actually suggested the polka dot V to him. I am sure he could build it. Just costs a bit for all the parts. I would love to see it though. Cheers!

  • then you wouldnt be able to play....

  • ...Very cool

  • lol wow i'm impressed! nice!

  • wow, not bad tone dude, keep rockin'

  • how much do you sell these for?

  • I don't think he sells them.

I think you should get your own supply of Legos, a guitar neck, pickups and other electronics.

  • Is the neck made out of Lego too?

  • No. The necks are Carvin blanks, cut and stained to the builders liking. The runs through the body. I don't think it would stay in tune with a Lego neck. Thanks for the positive comment!

  • That is AWESOME!

I just got an idea what I wanna do when I get a load of spare time.

  • UG FTW!

  • best idea ever

  • That is so freakin' awesome!

  • lol lego's, UG!

  • UG FTW!

  • thats hilarious and awesome at the same time

  • epic
