Sorry, I didn't see your comment until now. I don't have a tab - it's just Dm and Gm and picking the melody out of those chords. - Oh, and Bb too!

I seem to detect Dm, Gm & Am, (1, 4 & 5)
The Bb key is part of the Gm chord.
