The Breaking News crawl doesn't work at all. The font choice & colour simply doesn't work. Try to have a pre-made & suitable title crawl (from After Effects or LiveType) handy for quick and repetitive insertion into future story/piece edits.
Also, why is: "drugs or alcohol" mentioned at around 0:22? If you don't know what the real cause was, don't offer up what 'might' have been. Keep it factual (ages would have been nice for instance) - as not all assaults are drug or alcohol related.
