See how detailed Shepard looks in the rendering, that's how it could look on pc but no we have have to defer to the limits of todays consoles like with so many other games. Atleast they put an action bar in Mass Effect 2 for PC so we could play it in real time. I reckon in ME3 console users are gonna have to shout at their console for the same effect!
