If i remember correctly, the list of names he toppled, like Taker, Big Show, etc, etc, he had a mighty ttyrant run, and a stable, and his top stable guy had the US Strap at one point, just because he jobs out Batista, but continues to feud with him after the fact doesnt mean squat.

the guerrero/mysteri sotryline wasnt the custody of domnick. it was eddie being so desparate to prove that he can beat rey that he would go to these measures just to do it. granted they didnt need rey's kid and could've done something else but the storyline was eddie losing his mind. not to gain custody of his kid.
