It is. This is the GUN walker theme from Sonic Adventure 2 as remixed by Remix Factory (same group who did Dreams of An Absolution)

Little wrong. Dreams of an Absolution is maked by Tomoya Ohtani and Mariko Nambo, then performed by Bentley Jones. Remix Factory only made vsCharacter boss music.
