The claim being made here is that this is the method the Egyptians actually used to build their pyramid blocks, rather than quarry them, as archaeologists currently assume. I would imagine that a microscopic examination of some of the original stones should determine if they are right.

This is, essentially, standard compacted earth building technology except that they use limestone rather than subsoil as filler. The kaolin is the binder, and the blocks are concrete hard after they dry.
