  • I always got a spiced christmas-e type feel from this beer (Coriander?). It's been a long time though. Speaking of Cooperstown area breweries have you noticed a difference in the Ommegang and Hennepin beers since they've changed hands in 03? I have, Hennepin was once an accessible Orval clone, now it tastes watery and lackluster. Everything seems dialed down a bit.
