@ArizonaGinseng you can scramble without using any oil, but you need to put a very low heat and constantly stiring. Sometimes if it gets too hot, take the pan off the heat and stir until you get similar consistency in the video

I have left-over lobster fairly often. I have never thought of scrambling them with egg before. Usually I just make up a salad or mornay.
Also, I'm not rich (fairly poor actually), we just catch them ourselves. Delicious.
