  • i personally hate lobster and pretty much all other seafood. my dad is the captain of his fishing boat/owner of his company and they catch fish and lobsters during the respective seasons. i hate how it smells, i hate how it tastes. its actually a very common food here. he'll come home with a bag of lobsters and boil them and then whatever anybody wants is ate and the rest is thrown into a bowl to have whenever. cream lobster, muddled lobster, sandwiches, with eggs like shown here, or plain cold

  • I like my eggs more "hard" as my dad would describe it whenever I cooked scrambled eggs for him. I don't like the Runnyness so do you think this will taste just as good with that texture?

  • this is not much of a sensible thing lobster scrambled eggs the eggs really take out the unque flavor of the lobsters, i say with leftover lobsters its betters to make a lobster salad or some dumplings or lobster cakes

  • I have left-over lobster fairly often. I have never thought of scrambling them with egg before. Usually I just make up a salad or mornay.

    Also, I'm not rich (fairly poor actually), we just catch them ourselves. Delicious.

    Come on up to the forgotten province of New Brunswick Canada this summer folks. Lobster by the shopping bag full fresh off the Richibucto or Kouchibouguac wharf, $20.00 - still snapping! It's worth the trip for that alone, and the scallops, my goodness they are incredible!

    We had lobster for Christmas and I posted a little video of them on my channel, cost us very little for them; check it out for your self.

  • Hi, my family & I never use butter in any of our cooking/food. Is there anything that can sub. for butter? Because you mentioned using butter in the video.

  • @ArizonaGinseng you can scramble without using any oil, but you need to put a very low heat and constantly stiring. Sometimes if it gets too hot, take the pan off the heat and stir until you get similar consistency in the video
