any one regardless of who they are that mis treats innocent animals is scum... you don't have to like or appreciate animals... walk away,, but mistreating them is so wrong.. as a sidenote.. how can a human being ignore the basic needs of another living innocent being or animal??/ its just wrong..i hope all that intentionally harm innocent animals rot in hell.

Well, dogs tend to side with those who feed and treat them kindly. In middle-eastern countries in and under Islam, dogs are seen as pests, disease-ridden, and filthy.
In the US, where dogs are kept as companions and working dogs, and are given shots to prevent disease and parasites, they are generally well-liked and treated. It's a cultural thing, and the dogs will naturally gravitate towards those who will treat them more favorably.

Muslims think dogs are unholy and treat them badly, while americans, generally speaking, think dogs are awesome and look after them. Dogs are more aware of things spiritually and more likely to float around people they think are nicer and who are in a happier mindstate.

My US soldier friend in Iraq has befriended a stray dog as well. He told me that the Iraqis poison the dogs because they don't understand the attachment Americans have for them, and the dogs can recognize that. So the dogs get well treated and pampered with the Americans and they "protect" the soldiers from the Iraqis in return.

Iraqis probably eat dogs & the dogs could smell it. I once witnessed a dog just snoozing quietly by the sidewalk w/ lots of people passing by & he didn't mind them at all. Then this chubby guy came along & the dog just went crazy & bark at him like the dogs were doing in the vid. The Iraqis must be chumps...yeah good dogs!
