  • wow, u got's to be kiddin me! i tried front squats with just 185, and it's killing my shoulders, or wrists. next day i have welts on my shoulders! is there a special way to hold the bar, or what?

  • you just have to get used to it, its a hard lift to master and the weight generally much lighter compared to back squat. To the op, should take note of your kids form, haha jk. But seriously this is impressive, just lost it in front a little too much on second.
