I can't thank you enough man. That RG120 is awesome. I know it's not the best, but it's amazing how much better it is than the Fender I had and I would of never thought of getting an Ibanez. I could only play my Fender for about 15mins before the arthritis would kick in and with the Ibanez I can and have played until I get blisters on my fingers and haven't had a problem with arthritis.
One big difference I've noticed in the two is the Ibanez has wayyy more sustain and is a lot louder THANK YOU
Again, it's no problem. The best thing to do is just ask. I happened to know a little bit about guitars, so I was more than happy to help you out. I learned quite a bit from Youtubers who were willing to help me, so I was more than happy to help you out. If you ever have any problems with your new guitar, either ask me, or if I can't help you, ask someone else. Guitar lovers love talking about guitars.
Helped a lot man I really appreciate it. Out of an Ibanez RG120 and an Epiphone Les Paul 100 which would you go with? Some else recommended the other.
In all honesty, I would recommend the Ibanez for YOU because you've said that your hands have started to hurt after playing for a while. I started on fatter necks, so I was used to playing them. The Ibanez necks are much easier to play on.
Try out SEVERAL. Spend as much time as you can with them. The key isn't what looks the best, but what feels the best. Fenders are quite comfortable while playing, but can be a pain in the ass after a while. Ibanez makes come great strat-style guitars that are great to play.
@abaddon5 I went to our local guitar shop and played an IbanezSG and an Epiphone Les Paul and definitely like the way the Ibanez feels better. The strings are lower to the frets and the neck is about half the size of my guitar. They wanted 100 more than everywhere else for it tho. The Les Paul was nice but the neck was so square shaped it just felt awkward since my fender is so round and the Ibanez is round. I think I'm gonna get the Ibanez off that site you sent me.

You have a guitar with the ensign of the imperial Japanese army painted on? Guess it fits well with your Nazi memorabilia.

In all fairness, I have quite a bit of American militaria as well.

@BigFuckOffRevolvers I struggle enough with 6. I thought about just getting a 4 string bass lol

@BigFuckOffRevolvers
I basically just did it to play Type O Negative songs. It was also a different dynamic to my other guitars.

@abaddon5 I just did it for perfect intonation for B F# B etc.
Gotta still work out what gauges I'll need for AADGBE though :(

No problem at all. I really hoped it helped. If you need anything else, I can either send you a PM or do another video. Neither is any trouble.
