Nice looking dish! I have been using cast iron pans for various tasks on my Weber kettle for quite a while now, so I'm gonna have to try something similar to this soon! That looks like a great cold weather meal :)
Damn that looks good, nice video, I was wondering, and this may sound stupid but please educate me, what is "junk wood", I am in MN and you for sure are not because there isnt a leaf on a tree to be found up here now, but I have never heard of junk wood, or is it not a tree and simply junk pieces of wood? great video, nice recipe. Junk wood is all of the falling debris that I pick up over the late summer and early fall, mostly fir. It
goes into a junky old metal can and I burn it in the fire pit or use it for coking. That differs from specialty woods (fig, plum, lilac, apple, etc.) I have collected and saved to cook a particular food to enhance the taste. Joanie
