How far can one go without needing engineers certificates for work done on the car?

Like is that for complete engine conversions? Or is it just for engine that were not made to fit the car? Any engine that will fit without changing mounts wouldnt need one right?

Holden Commodore my good man, best car there ever was (that's a VK, so around 1985). We're exporting them to the USA, but they're called the Pontiac G8. There's an enormous scene down here with modified commodores. Frickin sick. If you want to see another good VK skid, search: VK Formal.
