The albums or Ayreon are all storys, and together they are a story too. If you dont look at the years of when the albums were realeased you could still with 100%certanty say it was first a part of Ayreon before stream of passion covered it.

@Divonexian I don't think that stream of passion did it first, as the song is one part of the story told in the "Human Equation" album by Ayreon. All of the songs on that album tell one consistent story, so it would quite a coincident, if PoS did it first.

@Divonexian Well, Ayreon released The Human Equation in 2004, and Stream of Passion released Live in the Real World in 2006. Though Ayreon (Arjen Lucassen) was lead/rhythm guitar in Stream of passion for that Album. Seems to me like the Song was created for the Human Equation, but due to association with Arjen Stream of Passion did some covers.

@Spacepup18 Yup, song was created for the Ayreon project. Arjen is actually one of the founders of Stream of Passion. Their lead singer (Marcela Bovio) also appears on The Human Equation 2004. The live album also contains songs from another of Arjens projects. I believe he's left them since then (they signed for another label in 2008 with an altered line-up)

WOW!!! I head Stream of Passion's cover of this a while ago, and it was amazing. But this... especially when it comes to the screams, is one EPIC song!! Not to mention LaBrie's in it, and Akerfeldt is also in the album. Couldn't have better singers there if you tried.
