Can anyone help with a track i've been serching for with the Lyrics 'Touch me, Feel me, Hold me, Love me' and it's not D D Jackson this was a dark moody track from the mid to late 70's. Any help would be welcome. Cheers

I think this is just the extended version on the original CD/LP. I have it on vinyl from High school and it's just awesome! Too bad music isn't produced like it used to be. : (
I really like this version of this great disco classic.I've got the 70s version with the Hot Gossip dancers in favourites, which is just as good.I think the 90's version is slightly more upbeat that is all.
One of my Disco favorites! second to Giorgio Moroder "From Here To Eternity" Great Song, I grew up playing this song for 30 years! I still Play the original Supernature at a once a month Disco Night Club that I produce along with all the Hard Core Disco from the late 70's!! Great Job Marc Cerrone! you're the Man! Go Malligator:) ThankX to You Tube for being able to view Great classic disco videos like this one that I never saw untill now!!
I think the intent was to keep the flavor of the original without changing too much but it does have differences. First, it sounds faster than the original. I don't have BPM's for comparisons just going by the sound. Second, the lyrics between passages are closer together than spread out. Some instrumentation has also be slightly redone. Together with a mix of old and new video footage, gives the song a more modern look and sound.
I have watched the video on here which is spoken of as being the original and found it rather dull as, yes, it is much slower and the lyrics are also different. My 1977 vinyl 7" is exactly the same speed as this and the same lyrics. All I can think is that a new version was released pretty soon after the song first came out. I really cannot hear any difference between this and my copy. It must just concentrate on the video. Maybe the sound is somewhat remastered. I dunno!
I have the UK 12" from 78 and I agree there's hardly any difference: the speed is identical and the only 'difference' I can hear is that the rhythm track seems more forward in the mix right at the beginning - but the whole thing does have a 'cleaner' sound, so it may just be almost 30 year-old vinyl to blame for that :-)
I love this and didn't think I'd find it on here. Only thing is this is titled '90's Version' but it is absolutely identical to my 1977 7" vinyl! (which doesn't collect much dust!!!)
I could drive for hours in GTA4 to this song!!!
