God this brings back so many great memories and one day I hope soon I won't be handycap and be back out there. It was more then a job with me, it was my life and soul. I pray everyday to get better so I can be back out there in the wind :)

Love the video...music's perfect...been out of the truck since June '11...miss driving more than words can say...got that diesel fuel runnin' in my veins. Same as so many other truckers, I too am a prisoner of the highway, no matter how many times I try and walk away the road always calls me back...thank goodness my hubby's a trucker and understands; most people don't...be safe out there everyone!

Thanks for all the comments and I'm truly a prisoner of the highway! After being out of over the road driving for almost 8 years and out of a truck completely for 2 1/2 years, I've climbed back into the cab and having more fun than ever! My heart has been always behind the wheel, and I just couldn't stay away. Stay safe my brother truckers and I'll catch ya another day another way.

Oh, and since I live in the Wheeling WV area, YES, I HAVE hauled freight from Wheeling, WV LOL!!!

I had to quit after 35 years due to medical. Can't pass the D.O.T. physical. I miss it soooo much. The quiet, the solitude, the truck stops, yeah even the chicken coops.
