Doll Stanley is a remarkable women. I have meet her I fully support her and have help her with a few animals I found. my daughter Ashley is 12 and a animal lover. No many 12 year olds would rather help an animal than buy them something them self. She loves Mrs. Stanley to death and has the ut most repect for her. We go down as much as we can and see her and her animals. Please if you don't want to take care of an animal by all means don't get one. They have life as we do as Humans. Thanks Doll

Welcome back to the real world, Scotlund.  Great to see you away from HSUS. The good guy is back with the good guys. In case you're wondering, Scotlund was the creative shelter director who brought great changes to the Washington Animal Rescue League years ago.

@doctordoolittle2800 Scotlund has made a difference for the voiceless no matter where he's worked. :) IDA is a particularly compassionate group and they're lucky to have Scotlund.Having said that, the voiceless do not get to cherry-pick their advocates. While HSUS has fallen from grace, the animals who come into their care cannot be written off. I mean to say that the innocents that fall under the umbrella of unconscionable groups need an extra effort by those who advocate for them. Make sense?

I am so glad that these poor dogs were rescued from their abusive owners. Did anyone see them standing there, looking like complete idiots? Like the owners had no idea that all the dogs they had were starving...

Absolutley horrible!!!! My question: why didnt they get arrested and charged with assault and abuse on innocent animals?
