1. Why was Dale Earnhardt's "Intimidator" nickname in and not any other NASCAR Drivers' nicknames. i.e The silver Fox or The King or Smoke

2. Why was Shaun White's "The flying Tomato" nickname in the honorable mention but no other extreme sports athletes
