If you see the way Artest talks to his own teammates, and that throat slashing action, you can see a grown man with the brain of a four year old at work. Artest is a dumb bully. Artest would not have necessarily won that fight btw. Kobe is 6.5, and a hell of a lot faster and more agile than Ron. How long can Jordan fans go without recognizing Bryant's greatness? That was a foul on Kobe. I'm a Lakers fan, but I'm not one of those blind followers who thinks my team can do no wrong. It's obvious that Kobe intentionally elbowed Artest. That wasn't some inadvertent elbow. Yeah, Artest was climbing on Kobe, but such an elbow should have been a flagrant.

Well one thing for sure is, Artest has not made any of his teams better (i.e. KINGS and ROCKETS) In addition, they lost a great role player in Ariza. Role players are important, Celtics just lost a great role player in Posey. Don't know if Artest would spark the chemistry of the Lakers and that means either Odom or Artest would be coming off the bench.
