I don't know what you would expect your job in the military to be , mostly its a lot of sitting around doing stupid shit because somebody can't plan anything and they have more rank than you. While deployed nobody is allowed to have sex at all if you get busted you lose rank and pay. If you are in the infantry you are going to have to kill people sometimes that means kids because they will be shooting at you.

I'm in the Army ROTC and with every West Pointer and Army ROTC cadet I've met (we talk about this frequently because of it's being in the news) everyone but one person has said they thought banning openly gay servicemen and women from serving was wrong. The one that disagreed said he would support them serving as long as a majority of folks were okay with it.
