If Stacy lives though this, I think she will work out visitation with Oliver since she wants to change her ways so that Gigi and her can be sisters again.

Legally she will go to Sky if Stacy dies. Even when the truth comes out the baby will legally be Sky's because of Stacy's will. Sky might sign over those rights to Gigi, but then again if he is really going back to the good Sky he will be giving Sierra to Fish and Kyle.
