@simplyBestGIRL Nope...Asians don't want to make their noses bigger, they want their bridges of the noses to appear higher and more dimensional because most of us born with a flat nose.

Ahhhh the classic filipino nose. Many of my friends have that issue. In asia, that flat nose/flat face is so common. In America, that look is not so desired. Good for her. Glad she got what she wanted :)
