I dont think the problem is the cartoons, though yes they are decent at best. I think the problem is, because of the focus on live action aspects, CN has lost the charm it had in the 90's.

I think what they need to do is bring back that charm and drop that reality TV esque bullshit, and bingo.

This isn't that old. Pokemon wasn't even shown on CN until like late 2002 or 2003. All this stuff still feels very modern. I wish the new Cartoon Network promos and ads were still like this, but they all suck now (the Adventure Time promos are the only okay ones). CN changed too drastically way too fast. It's as of they're trying to erase their past and it pisses me off. Not long ago Cartoon Network actually had creativity.
