  • @BriBalance. Nice job man! Keep strong.

  • give it sometime and you wouldn't needs a girlfriend

  • NiCE

  • bruce lee can hold it 30 min or longer!

  • @faisy8 30s, not 30 min

  • @Shaolin720 its 30 min, i know it looks impossile, but its true go search it

    R.I.P bruce lee

  • @faisy8 I know some people at the same level that he physically, train the abs the same way he trained... and no are more than the 30s in V-sit

friends of Bruce might be exaggerating about... what is normal about he.

  • @faisy8 there is no real evidence about it. there is nothing registered.

  • it's kind of impossible, could have spoken wrong.

  • good job man

  • Thats not even hard for ur body mass.

But yea its hard at all lol, cept my legs aint as bendable as urs.

  • gonna ask my girlfriend to do this tonite

  • lol do u V-sit everywhere in your house? ^^

  • Хуйня!

  • i tried, resulting in a assflop lol

  • Your hot. Just saying. :P

  • oh thats that.. inspiring.

  • Gymnast, right?

  • i could do this when i was younger, you have got all the tools to do it right my friend, you just need to get them legs closer to your body,to practice for this practice putting your head near your shins whilst standing then wrap arms around back of knees and hold for as long as possible...you will get it perfect with practice......and belive me anyone who thinks this is easy....try it lol

  • Pretty IMPRESSIVE! Good job

  • Thats actually pretty good

  • daaaamn

  • oh ok, thats one way to not answer a question

  • @xIncredulityx it was answered? he said you are gunna have alot of hate throughout your life, if you hate when you can't do something.

  • @abbytrowssy lol he must of edited it, he didn't have that last part when I replied... either way why answer if you can't actually help, that would be like saying "hmm looking for a new workout, Well it doesn't fucking matter because you'll never amount to shit, in any case google has some good info" So he's replying to my question by telling me to go to google, hmm oh wait that's where I started, so ultimately my point was his reply was useless to me not aiding in any relevant way... so yeah

  • While I wait for my bread to become toast, I like to do a V-sit in the morning.. no big deal. haha dude you did this V-sit like it was nothing.

  • That's how I go number 2

  • @XMMAFANX

    lmao

  • And Bruce Lee did that for half an hour...

  • @Zug4rRu5h 45 mins actually

  • @achillesninja What an complete athlete huh!?

And his sick side kick, he was simply The one!!

  • sheeit i cant even get my legs straight!

  • how do you work towards that, what type of workouts please name a few, i hate when theres stuff i cant do

  • @xIncredulityx the you will go through life with a lot of hate friend :), as long as there are people with passion, they will be able to do things, that other mortals cannot. It's a decision to dedicate one's time, mind and body to reach the goal, that makes him capable of new heights. As for the workout, google for gymnastic / bodyweight conditioning, and you will find a lot of info.

  • Wow pretty cool

  • Pretty damn good man still scrawny

  • i can do that but ima girl and im in gymnastics

  • now work on the manna

  • That was good. But you should try not to hold your breath. Let it flow.

  • not as hard as it looks.. if you workout that is

  • Looks like you're just waiting to get penetrated

  • i need another exercise to help me with this V-sit exercise!!

  • point your toes!!!! It contracts the muscles in the legs making it easier, and also aesthetically more pleasing

  • @bobkatmagic

    I totally agree with this!!!

  • bruce Lee did v-sit for 30 mins

  • bruce lee did it for 30 mins

  • bruce lee could do this for over 30 mins

  • haha i was trying it but wtf i didnt come 1 inch from the floor

  • DAMN! Thats major back and abs muscle!

  • Impressive. Looked like it took no effort at all.

  • what the heckk haha. Any tips on how to learn how to do this?

  • I just tried to do this, and I think I pulled something

  • fucken hell

  • one word. wow!

  • Very nice, I don't understand where you want to be.

This is it, the top, unless you're talking about time, V-sit 30min Bruce Lee style :-)

  • I just tried that shit! OMG you are pro!

  • He doesn't look fit prob genetics

  • That was very good, I cannot say that ur bad:P But what u need to do, to be more complete is to push your body forward, Ur legs is 2 close 2 ur body

  • i havent try it yet... but I know it's a very good abs workout.

  • Do it for 30 minutes without rest and you'll be at the level of Bruce Lee

  • pppllleaaasee teeacch hoowww

  • Bruce Lee did that for 30 minutes straight. You do that as if it is cake.

  • god yeah let me get my penis out and have some fun with ya

  • @ollobrains1 you got turned on?:) lol

  • training longer l-sit will not make you progress for the V. Believe me, that wouldn't be called a strength move, but a flexibility move. first you need to be able to put your legs on your chest with straight back. Then you can do that, you need to train this degree of ACTIVE flexibility. you will NEVER achieve that skill if you just try higher and higher l-sits. You only need to train flexibility and ACTIVE flexibility. Sorry for the language im french ;)

  • gymnast?

  • At first I tought, well whats the hard in this, so I've tried and I could'nt even do a L XD

  • that was a wrong v-sit brother:)

  • Nice !

  • That's good balance.

  • Love this..nice job..:)

  • lol. you did that like it was the easiest thing on the planet

  • i can't bend enough to even touch my toes and i've been stretching every other day for a year now.

  • @UltimateHibz try warming up before stretching and remember not to fight or struggle, the ide is to relax into the stretch, hope this helps, good luck

  • not bad, but it would look a lot cleaner if you straightened your arms and back then pushed your hips forward, you should literally be infront of your hands

  • very nice :) i need to do that on bars, i cant by spoting my hands directly on the floor :o

  • try stenching on your fingers your fingers will give you a little extra leverage. i know it helps me alot

  • yeah dude i know, i already do that, but i cant do it with my whole hands on the floor, will have to continue practicing ;P

  • impressive my friend my ass to big tho so i have to use puss up bars to get me futher off the ground haha XD

  • Wow Kid

    That's awesOme

  • and i can't even do an L-sit...how shameful...but i'm getting there lol 5*****

  • bloody awesome

  • VERY FRIGGIN NICE-EXCELLENT

  • Not where you want it to be? Looks pretty good to me.

  • i know what he wants ....it still looks good to me as well but you should check out the mana move, he's 50-75% there

  • WTFFF!!!!

  • SIIIIIIICCCCCKKKK

rusian lever (v sit if ya like, lol)

  • Can you say some exercise?I can do L-sit.If I continue to practice it I'll be able to V-sit?As well for the video it is very impressive, infect it looks unreal. :P :)

  • sit ups help, and just holding L-sits longer, and trying the on your finger tips, you'll get a v-sit before you know it

  • Thanks maan...I'll try it all!!! :)

  • Wow! Your core is really strong!

  • awesome !

  • very impressive, nice strength !

  • It's kind of crazy that you can do this because your arms really don't look that big. Imo the toughest part is triceps, I think my abs can handle it but my triceps really start to give once I get to 60 or 70 degrees...and I can bench about 200 while weighing 137 at 5'8, so idk I guess I just need to keep holding L-sits as high as I can.

  • no gives a flying fuck what you can

    so shut the fuck up

  • you make it look so easy

  • Very nice...and very hard to do :)

    Nice job .

  • just another amazing thing ;]

  • I can do an L-sit, but the V-sit is wayyy harder to do. i haven't quite got their yett. :D

  • Never eat then do this...just a warning lmao

and yeah guys, this isn't really hard, just takes a couple weeks of dedicated training, pretty much just core energy :D

  • Awesome! Is it hard to do that?

  • It's not the easiest skill, but with some training it's not all that bad.

  • does it take a lot of leg flexibility and strength also?

  • not so much flexibility as abdominal strength

  • does doing leg lifts help or does it not?

  • they might help, it all depends on you...im sure they couldnt hurt

  • Can you give me tips of training? I want to do this move! How many months did you spent to do this?

  • do lots of sit-ups,lots of L-sits,and it took me awhile to get this,I'm not really sure how many months

  • how did u train for it can u tell me how many sit ups and how long u held the l seats for thanks

  • i couldn't tell you how many sit ups cause there were just too many, but your probably ready for a v-sit when you can hold an l-sit for about 30 sec. or more

  • what is an i-sit? could you tell me?

  • its an L-sit,and its just like this v-sit,just your legs are parallel to the floor, they're also easier than v-sits

  • No its not 'sloached'. Or slouched.

    Well bloody done.

  • @yusefsobky if it's not slouched how come his shoulders are hanging all the way to the front and his back is arched? listen it's nice to see that you can do it but in all honesty form and technique comes first, so I think it's better to go for the simpler version until you do it flawlessly and then advance instead of jumping on ahead.

  • @klemzorz form comes second, function comes first, hes not opened up (strecthed enough in the hampstrings ) for that. alot of gymnast seem so strong and they are, but first they develop functionality then they work on gracefull ness, not the other way around, theres n order to the method.

  • back is very sloached and bent...try to do it with better posture..but still very skilled

  • Very nice, how do you train for this? I have a hard time with even L-sits, haha

  • haha,i did do a lot of L-sit training,plus a lot of sit-ups

  • What's an L-sit and I too would like to know some specific things to train for this...I can only raise my legs a little higher than parallel with the ground and my arms are so short I can't do it on my palms.

I'm 5'8 140 pounds so I should be able to do this if I just know what to work on.

  • ok,well first off....im about 5'9'' and 140ish lbs,so i think you have the perfect height/weight(at least for me),second and L-sit is just like at v-sit cept your legs are parallel to the ground,(like in my l-sit pushup video),third how i trained for these was doing a lot of sit-ups as a base, another great thing to do is cross your legs on the floor(like criss-cross applesauce) then just put your hands down and lift up(kinda like an l-sit w/ your legs crossed instead of out

  • (sorry, ran out of room),after you can do a cross-leged l-sit(i guess thats what it is),you can try extending your legs but straddle them(also easier than an l-sit,but harder then crossed legs),then try l-sits after that,as soon as my camera gets fixed ill probably post a video trying to explain this better, but for now hope this helped!

  • yeah i'm the same way I have big legs... although it's kinda matching up w/ my upper body because i'm working my upper body kinda hard now

  • dude, nice

I wish I could do that. my legs are too heavy >_<

  • wow impressive
