That said, my family NEVER raised me to value or judge anyone based on their race. That said, my family NEVER raised me to value or judge anyone based on their race. I guess that I am a little naive in many aspects, but I try and practice the virtues found in the Bible. As a black man, even i disagree with some of the extreme view of James Cone, although i do see where they stem from. Even though it is not of the current generations doing that pushed slavery, prejudice and systematic discrimination into existence, it still happened. Whites took away something away from blacks that can not be replaces, not through any sort of reparation, our dignity and our history. A couple hundred years of that builds up this kind of anti-Caucasian feelings feelings

black liberation theology is wildly heretical. i've read cone's stuff. it is an awful contrivance of theology that is derived from emotion, speculation and bad scriptural exegesis. you need not preach black liberation theology, just the true gospel of jesus christ. when did jesus ever preach reparation, or when did paul every preach reparation? never! though the jews lived under horrible persecution and exploitation at the time. and paul said, "pray for them."

again your arguments have strayed away from the main point. christianity is based off the bible. and all christians find the nature of their reality from the bible, and biblical christianity is not defined by race in any way (Gal. 3:28). anything that white people have done in the name of christianity, that is not biblical is thus not christianity, and we need not attribute those things to "white christians", but to "particular white people".

Millions of lives were lost over it- brother killing brother. We went to war over it because of a moral argument against slavery- by white Christians. This country payed dearly for slavery. Yeah, Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation was a mistake, I guess. The Civil War- all that stuff is just propaganda. Black soldiers fighting for the Union, etc. - all propaganda... Lincoln's assassination- propaganda... Regardless of Lincoln's feelings, he did the right thing. And he never hated blacks the way you seem to hate white people- not even close.
