I've done this for the Great Lakes Medieval Faire a few times, a couple differences are we palm...hehe instead of arm also clap after each sequence of siding and such and the switch is done chest to chest

A beautiful dance. My primary school used to perform it each year at May Day, in Kent, England in the 1960s.
