I just spent ten days a Jack Spates wrestling camp and i have alot of respect for him and his coaching style. He personally watched my match out of 600 kids to tell me what i was doing wrong, and what i could do better. He recognized me when our team won the duel tournament (even though i didnt do much for us). He is a great coach and a good guy. If you get a chance, go to his camp, or buy his motivational book.
