It all depends. Current;y the PvP zone is more in favour of the Elyos, but that can always change.

Aion is similar to wow in that it is a MMORPG, and if you play wow you'll fit right in this game. Their are many differences which separates the game from wow. The pvp is much superior , the graphics in wow suck compared to this game. This game is more class based then geared. Leveling up is not easy like it is in WOW, Many wow fans have converted to this game cause over the years WOW has declined i still remember my first time playing WOW pre BC. all graphics were around that good. good times

speaking of everquest, everquest 2 is a lot like wow (or vice versa). and I think that's why it flopped. Blizzard does noob-friendly-easy games better than anyone else.

if everquest 2 would have stuck to its roots they would have successfully split the market.

Good point, however EQ2 was released before WoW. It flopped due to its graphics requirements and like you said its lack of the things which drew people to EQ1.

I bought them both at release. You're right though, at the time my computer couldn't run EQ2 worth a damn, but it COULD run WoW. Guess which game I paid for after my free month...:P

actually if you ever played everquest you'd realize it was a lot different from wow in every fundamental way...for example, death, faction, monster aggro, economy, etc. it's a bad comparison.

also, everquest was ripped from an old mud game...it was just given a graphical front.

this game is a lot like wow from a fundamental perspective. moreso than any other game on the market.

i'm not a fan of wow. i don't like it. but i've played a lot of games and truth is truth.

That's a nice way but you cqan just pull her away from Guardsmen alltogether. There is a small room in the direction opposite to what you face, and it only has a small quest mob in it and no elites, just stack a dot on queen and pull her there the other mobs will reset and you can kill her alone and in peace. We do her everyday that way :)

well actually my comment was stupid because it looks like the framerate in the video is decent. wow, a poor graphics card like that (no offence but its not very good) and you have medium settings AND frapsing? and you still have a playable framerate... this game is very optimized then. whats your processor though?

I wish I could give an answer to you question, but unfrortunately I can't because I'm pretty new to this game and the highest level I've gotten is 30.

Leveling to 30 was pretty easy and there wasn't much grinding involved. At that level I had near 1 million kinah (not sure if that's a lot or not) but you figure it out :P

About the video quality, what codec /software do you use to render your vids?

Using Sony Vegas Pro 9 to render my videos with. Using the standard HDV 720-30p (1280x720; 29,970 fps) settings.

The final video I render as a Windows Media Video 9 file as this gives me (in my opinion) the best results.
