Unbelievable! This really makes me wonder if the adjusters in my case are getting bonuses for all the times they denied my medical care. Almost 2 years after my injury, my surgery was finally authorized, but only because I have a very good attorney!

@sfs1008 I am glad you have an attorney. Unfortunately because your surgery has been delayed it might mean you will experience further deterioration in your condition. I hope that is not the current situatuon and you will have a successful surgery. As far as bonuses are concerned, a Canadian Province, Alberta, has just been caught giving bonuses to WCB employees for cutting off wage loss benefits, denying medical care, and cutting off retraining.
