@flamey088 Nope, it's a HELL of a lto easier when you have the front wheels helping you get it back in line. All you gotta do is hold the throttle down and point the wheels into the rotation to tug it into the drift, then straighten the steering and you're out in a few feet. Unlike a RWD where you gotta do this thing called countersteer.

@SpecialKLSX its not as easy as you think. The way the subaru's are made is to stay in control 90 percent of the time. In standard config its a 50/50 split of power. This model is running DCCD (driver controlled centre differential) allowing him to transfer power more mainly to the rear. BTW zero counter is more of an evo thing, the wrx or sti grips a little too well. You can make them step out in other ways than dccd; swaybars, links and wheel alingment is one

@dc4boy not the sti, the sensor do not allow the car to shift power. The handling capabilities of an sti vs an evo is dramatically different. The evo has a think could AYC which is active yaw control, this changes the power distribution not only front to back, but side to side. The sti does not have this. The 'symetrical' awd doesnt relate to what you are talking about, the DCCD does (driver controled centre differential) which controls the split front to back

@dc4boy "symmetrical all wheel drive" means, that the motorblock, the differential, the gear box and so on is exactly in one line in the middle of the car.. e.g. all motor types except the boxer motor are a little bit offset from the virtual center of the car (u can feel it when u push the gas pedal while in neutral - the car will bend a little bit to one side - if u have no subi *g*). The improvement of "sym. AWD" is the low and central balance point so the handling is very improved.
