@auscas97 It is used to over load your system to get use to heavier weight. Any decent powerlifter uses this along with many other techniques such as band and chain work as well as many other tools that most people have never heard of.
@PatKellerProductions you wont get a hernia arching your back while bench pressing.. there is much less pressure in stomic wall while benching even with an arch as apposed to squatting or dead lifting. It is very unlikely to get a hernia while benching. thanks for the concern thou.
