Funny how the "proponents" of Prop 27 (the legislature itself) calls the Voter-approved Redistricting Commission "expensive, unelected, and unaccountable" to voters insist that we vote NO on Prop 23 which gives unlimited authority to the California Air Resources Board -- which is EXPENSIVE, UNELECTED, and UNRESPONSIVE to voters -- and will raise the price of gasoline to more than $9 per gallon, forcing more businesses to leave the state, and kill the economy.
